Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dreambox (“Dreambox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an ICV-certified photography and video production company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://www.dreamboxme.com (the “Site”), and your booking of photography, videography, live streaming, or related production services with us. By accessing the Site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

Dreambox provides photography and video production services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE and GCC region, including event photography and videography, corporate and product photography, weddings and portraits, social media content, and live streaming. Aerial and drone coverage is provided through our affiliated service; a separate booking may apply.

2. Bookings and Deposits

A booking is confirmed once you have agreed on the scope of service and, where applicable, paid the required booking deposit. Quotes provided on the Site or by our team are based on the details you provide about your event, shoot, or project and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a photography or videography session is cancelled by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot or event, the booking amount paid for the appointment is non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule their shoot or event date by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made outside these windows will be handled at Dreambox’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Delivery of Photos and Videos

Final edited photos and videos are typically made available within one to four days of your shoot or event, through a private online gallery where you can view, share, order prints of, and download your content. Delivery timelines may vary for larger productions, multi-day events, or projects requiring extensive post-production, and any such variation will be communicated to you at booking.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

Dreambox retains copyright and ownership of all photographs and video footage we produce. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use delivered content for their personal or business purposes as agreed at booking (for example, personal use, marketing, or social media). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dreambox may also use images or video excerpts from your project for our own portfolio, marketing materials, or social media, to showcase our work. Clients with confidential, government, or sensitive projects should advise us at booking so this can be excluded.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event, shoot, and location details at the time of booking
Obtain any necessary permits, venue permissions, or third-party consents required for the shoot or event location
Ensure attendees or subjects are aware that photography or videography will take place, where applicable
Make timely payment of any booking deposit and final balance as agreed

7. Location and Access

For outdoor or location shoots (including popular locations such as Old Dubai, the Heritage Village, Dubai Beach, or Downtown Dubai), the client is responsible for confirming that the chosen location permits photography or filming, and for any associated permit or access fees, unless expressly agreed otherwise with Dreambox in advance.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to a genuine inquiry or booking
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
Not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract content or data from the Site
Not submit false or misleading information through our forms

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, or restrict Site access, for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is owned by Dreambox or its licensors and is protected by applicable UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not reproduce, distribute, or republish it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party or affiliated websites, such as our aerial and drone videography service, that are not owned or controlled solely by Dreambox. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to keep service, pricing, and scheduling information accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Final booking terms are confirmed directly with our team.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreambox, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, or from a quote request or booking submitted through it, including any loss arising from equipment failure, weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control affecting a shoot or event.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
